Day 01: Arrive Cape Town
Upon arrival you will receive our V.I.P. Meet and Assist. You will be assisted through Customs & Immigration and then with baggage collection. You will then be escorted to the arrivals halls where you will meet your driver who will take you to your hotel by private vehicle.
 
Scenically beautiful, Cape Town is a compelling mix of trendy modern and old-world elegance. Glamorous hotels, world-class dining and stunning vistas merge seamlessly with dynamic student suburbs and vibrant nightlife. Malay and African heritage are evident in the cuisine, traditions and entertainment while the architecture reveals a strong Dutch, German and English flavor and style. Day 02: Cape Town / Half Day Private Cape Town City & Table Mountain Tour
You will be met by your guide for a half day exploration of the Cape Town, known affectionately as the Mother City. Your tour will take in the Houses of Parliament, the Castle (built between 1666 and 1679, this is South Africa’s oldest building), lively Greenmarket Square with its daily market, the Company Gardens and of course Table Mountain which will give you spectacular views over the city and Peninsula. On our descent, we stop at the Bo Kaap, home to the Cape Malay community, with its cobbled streets and brightly colored houses. You will have the choice of being dropped off at the Waterfront to experience this vibrant location at your own pace, with its many shops, restaurants and pubs or at your hotel at the end of the tour.

Day 03: Cape Town / Full Day Private Cape Peninsula Tour
Today you embark on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Take in the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, before crossing over to Hout Bay, a quaint village and fishing harbor with magnificent mountains views and beaches. From here you drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve via Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal drives, where you will board a funicular (optional and for your own account) to get to the top of the Peninsula to witness the symbolic meeting of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans and enjoy spectacular views over False Bay. After lunch (for your own account), continue to Simonstown, the naval base, and visit the African Penguin breeding colony at Boulders Beach. Then stop at the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Gardens before arriving at your hotel for overnight.

Day 04: Cape Town / Full Day Winelands Tour
This full day tour visits the Cape Winelands consisting of several towns including Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek. Gracious Cape Dutch homesteads set against a backdrop of mountains, forests, and rolling vineyards provide an unforgettable landscape.  You will have the opportunity to sample and purchase noble vintages, to explore the realm of the winemaker and experience a rich historical and architectural tradition while you learn first-hand how this picturesque part of South Africa produces some of the world’s finest wines.

Day 05: Cape Town to Victoria Falls (Zambia)
This morning you are collected from your hotel and transferred to the airport.
 
FLIGHT CAPE TOWN – LIVINGSTONE   NOT INCLUDED IN LAND PRICE
 
You are met and taken by road to your lodge.
 
The completion of the Victoria Falls Bridge gave birth to the city of Livingstone in 1905. The town prospered as the gateway to trade between the north and south sides of the Zambezi. A number of colonial buildings were erected, which still stand today, creating an atmospheric welcome to travelers using Livingstone as an entry point to explore this beautiful region. Be sure to experience the Victoria Falls on foot or by air, catch up on the local history at the Livingstone Museum as well as the Railway Museum, shop at the extensive craft markets, get active with white water rafting, sport fishing and kayaking, or relax and enjoy unforgettable African sunsets on a river cruise.

Day 07: Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park          
After breakfast you are taken by road and river to Chobe National Park.
 
The Chobe National Park was established in 1968, it covers approximately 11 700sq kilometers, encompassing floodplains, swamps and woodlands and the Chobe River forms its northern boundary with Namibia. The riverfront is most famous for its large herds of elephant and Cape buffalo, which rely on the river for water during the dry winter months. In some instances, you may see hundreds of elephant at one time, as the road becomes impassable while scores of family herds make their way to the river to drink, bathe and play. One of the most popular activities of this region is to go on a river cruise, where you can experience the game viewing from a different vantage point, accompanied by the unmistakable and spine-chilling call of the Fish Eagle.

Day 09: Chobe National Park to Linyanti Wildlife Reserve
                  
After breakfast this morning you are transferred to the Kasane airport where you board your light aircraft transfer to the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve.
 
Peaceful, prosperous and with near 40% of the country set aside as protected conservation areas, Botswana is justly considered one of the top safari destinations in Africa. The miraculous Okavango Delta, fed by crystal pure waters from the Angolan Highlands, floods once a year, spreading finger s of water through a desert wonderland, resulting in teeming herds of wildlife and unique water and land-based game viewing opportunities. Botswana is renowned for large herds of elephant and buffalo as well as a great diversity of predators and other animals.

The Linyanti Reserve is a vast tract of African bush (125,000 hectares) between the Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta, characterized by open grassland, riverine forest and mopane savannas. The area is particularly noted for its very large elephant population and its regularly sighted predators including lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog and hyena and the vast herds of antelope in the area. The reserve also boasts a great variety of birds that can be seen along the river and in the papyrus swamps.

Day 11: Linyanti Wildlife Reserve to Okavango Delta               
After breakfast you are taken by light aircraft to the Okavango Delta.
 
The renowned Okavango Delta is an incredible natural phenomenon, the result of the Okavango River which flows inland from Angola. Entering Botswana in the northeast, the river fans out into a multitude of waterways, flood plains and islands, creating a fertile habitat for a diverse wildlife population. The Moremi National Park is a huge tract of land sandwiched between the Savuti channel and the Okavango Delta. The area is fabulously varied with wide open flood plains, lily covered lagoons, groves of mahogany and open forest.
